Magento - Amazing open-source e-commerce solution

Today the guys at Magento re-launched their web site. I’ve been watching them for the last month or so because I’ve been developing an e-commerce site that utilizes Zen Cart, and while Zen offers some great functionality, the templating system was difficult to work with and the administrative interface was even worse.
From the screenshots and videos they’ve featured on their site, Magento looks really impressive. The admin interface looks like it’s using Ext JS and possibly YUI to make some of the interactions really slick. Everything was designed extremely well and I can’t wait to get my hands on the initial release due out in August.
If you’ve been considering making your own online store-front, I can’t imagine it’s going to get any easier than this. As long as it can talk to Paypal and integrate with UPS/FedEx the way that Zen Cart does, Magento will definately be my tool of choice when it comes to e-commerce development.
